Jan House Points Winner Quidditch Contest Winner

HOUSE POINTS

Let's get started with our first House Points Winner for 2017.  Everyone did a great job, but GRYFFINDOR came out on top for this first month of the new year and are the winners!   Ravenclaw came in second,  Hufflepuff was third and Slytherin came in fourth.  
 
Here are the end of month points for December.  

Points are as follows:
Gryffindor: 490
Ravenclaw: 295
Hufflepuff: 255
Slytherin: 220

Congratulations go to GRYFFINDOR HOUSE for having the most points at the beginning of 2017!


QUIDDITCH CONTEST

The contest folder is now closed and we had a great game of Quidditch!

The beaters were beating and the chasers were chasing, but in the end the snitch was caught by SLYTHERIN!  Well done Slytherin.  For catching the snitch, you win 150 points towards next months total for House Points.  Hufflepuff came in second so have won 50 house points for themselves and Ravenclaw came in third so will take to their house an additional 25 points towards next months totals.  Unfortunately for Gryffindor, they were in last place and will receive no points towards their house for next month.
